This is what I’m thinking I’ll do for posts… instead of letting them just span down the page. It will keep things compact, and this minimalist design of mine is pretty sweet too.

I’m sure you’ve all seen “The Day After Tomorrow,” and my favorite special effects company, Digital Domain handled all those spectacular visuals. The twisters are something special (not to mention all that awesome water), and I attempted copying the twister style effect here. Let me know what you think.

I have attempted to mimic the special effects as seen in the trailer for 2012. This is my first attempt at this effect, so be gentle in your criticisms. I’ll probably be making more of these types of images until I am more confident in the way they are turning out — in other words, until I have mastered the effect (could be a while, ha).
